What’s a SmartList?

A SmartList is a dynamic lead list that automatically updates based on signals like LinkedIn interactions, Sales Navigator results, form submissions, or custom events from your SaaS Back End for example.

How to Create Your First SmartList (Step-by-Step)

  1. Go to the “Lists” tab
    Click on “New List”

  2. Pick a SmartList Type

    • Pixel or Spyer (advanced recurring automations)

    • Likes/comments from a post

    • Followers of a company

    • Sales Navigator search

    • Form tools (Tally, Typeform, etc.)

    • Webhooks or API input

  3. Paste the URL or connect your source
    For example, paste a LinkedIn post URL to track commenters

  4. Click on “Save”
    Your SmartList will start scraping & populating in real time

  5. Name your SmartList
    Example: “Demo Post Comments – April”


What Happens Next?

  • ReactIn will automatically run this SmartList based on the Intent Signal

  • ReactIn will enrich each profile with LinkedIn data and/or AI Smart Columns (if you added some columns in your Table)

  • Your SmartList is now ready to be segmented and used in a campaign
